Handbook Review

Although handbooks are not required by law, many employers choose to use a handbook to help communicate expectations and policies to employees.  Handbooks also help provide consistency for policy enforcement, something that can help an employer reduce their risk of discrimination and other types of claims.  However, employers can run into trouble in situations where their handbooks are vague, unclear, or inconsistent with federal, state or local law.

Lee Law Firm has significant experience preparing and reviewing handbooks for employers of all sizes in a variety of industries.  If you are in need of an attorney to prepare or review your handbook, please contact us for a free attorney consultation.
